Indigenous Youth Council

For Youth, Led by Youth

Guided by Elders and Knowledge Carriers and grounded in traditional knowledge, the Indigenous Youth Council (ages 17-24) brings young people together to discuss and tackle the issues they see in their community providing a space to voice their concerns, hopes and dreams for their community as well as the chance and opportunity to create and have an impact, on their terms.

The council brings a youth perspective to the forefront, uplifting young voices and empowering the future generations.
