“I was not sure what to expect when I signed up for level 1. From the first day I was greeted by Brigitta’s smiling face welcoming me to “have a seat” and the learning began.

She taught with kindness, caring and a love for teaching others what had been taught to her by her father.  I was unsure about how fast I would pick up the language from my childhood now long forgotten.  Brigitta allowed me to learn at my own pace without judgement  and regardless of pronunciation although I found myself embarrassed for struggling she along with the other classmates helped me with humor and patience.   I looked forward to every class each week and slowly stared to get my mind and mouth to work together and my confidence grew.   I enrolled in level 2 and completed it and will be taking it again as a refresher course.  I only have the confidence to keep going onto the next levels due to Brigitta being the teacher her respect for others impresses me and her honesty makes you want to do your best!  Thank you Under One Sky for the safe space to gather while learning, laughing, singing, drumming, and sharing. “
