Nurturing Roots Navigator

Reporting to the Nurturing Roots Project Manager, the Nurturing Roots Navigator plays a key role in supporting Indigenous families with children who have exceptional needs. This position focuses on building trusting relationships with families, assessing their unique needs, and connecting them to relevant resources. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, accompanying families to workshops and resources, exploring and identifying new resources, performing regular check-ins, and providing consistent guidance to help families access the support they need to thrive. This role is a contract position for a one-year term with the possibility of full-time employment at the end of the contract.
