Project: Our Health Counts New Brunswick
Our Health Counts New Brunswick is a community-driven research project that seeks to improve health data collection for urban Indigenous people Fredericton. As a community-driven research project, our team, a collaboration between Indigenous community organizations, academic researchers, and policy-makers, wants to ensure that Indigenous stakeholders guide the research process and outcomes.
The Community Research Assistant play a vital role in engaging with the community, conducting interviews, and ensuring that research activities are conducted in a culturally safe and respectful manner. The project will provide significant training in key aspects of this work.
