We honour and acknowledge our ancestors who fought to keep our cultures and traditions so we can come together for gatherings like this.

Kci-woliwon to Tanna and Azalliz for sharing your wonderful spirits and keeping the energy going for this gathering. Kci-woliwon to Tulley Paul for providing Elder teachings, Brigitta Francis for leading a Mi'kmaq language sharing circle and Madison Robichaud-Noel for leading a Fancy Shawl Tiny Tot Footwork Lesson to those in attendance. We would like extend our gratitude to UNB’s School of Leadership Studies and TJ Burke for providing delicious food for attendees, to New Dawn Rentals for providing tents for our Caring Lodge, Dancers and Elders and to all of our sponsors and donors who helped make this gathering so beautiful. Kci-woliwon to St.Mary’s First Nations for providing space for us to host this gathering at.
